It was dream of Lt. Sh. Harbans Lal Gupta to start a manufacturing unit of quality products in center bolts, clamp bolts to cater the needs of heavy industries at ancillary level. To materialize this dream he started an SSI unit in the year 1978 in the name & style Metal King, under the partnership of Ashok Gupta, Parvesh Gupta and Naresh Gupta. The unit commenced production in manufacturing of valve tappets which are immensely used in agriculture engine industries. How ever keeping in view the motive, the unit diverted its activities to the manufacturing of center bolts, clamp bolts, U-bolts, rivets etc.

With fastest growing business activities we have been able to position ourselves amongst most trusted fuel filter element suppliers. In the year 1985 the machinery from the indigenous vendor was installed having competitive quality of global level. Initially the entire production was consumed in the local market itself. How ever in the year 1985 the OEM’s approached the unit for their indigenous final components parts. The unit from the day one has been consistently improving the production as well as quality day by day. The unit has gained name in their clientele arena of manufacturing of high-class products.

The vendors include the list of esteemed names like Mukand, Usha Martin etc. The customer consist a list of quality-oriented units like International Tractor Ltd., Swaraj Mazda, Jai Parabolic Springs Ltd. etc. It is matter of pride for a small town of Phagwara that our products are being utilized/ supplied to the big giants of the country like Telco, Ashok Leyland, Swaraj Mazda and Volvo etc. After having the products which are compatible with the requirement of OEM’s we have initialized the production of bronze bushes. The unit was started in the name and style of Mahesh Industries under the partnership Ashok Gupta, Parvesh Gupta, Naresh Gupta, Munish Gupta, and Suman Lata.

The unit commenced its commercial production in the year 1995. The entire machinery installed is indigenous one, having capacity to manufacture 10,00Pc./day of high-class standard bushes. To improve the quality of the product we have installed the CNCs. It has increased the demand of our products. This unit is also popular in their clientele arena of manufacturing of high-class products. The customer consist a list of Jai parabolic Springs Ltd., Krishna Engg Works etc.

The end products in which the components of Mahesh Industries are being used are finally supplied to big giant like Telco & Leyland. These bushes are also used in submersible bushes. In the year of 2004 one more unit was added to the group namely M.K.Industry in which the production of sheet metal items was started & in the year of 2006 we took over the unit namely Bhupindera Industrial Corporation in which we are making all kinds of diesel engine springs & fuel filters under the brand name of “Bhupindera” & “Binco”, which are being supplied in the Indian market & to the OEMs of diesel engine manufacturers.
